My Skype-a-Thon Symptoms
Maths has never been my strength. Neither time zones. And my age….oh…more than 18:-) a bit more:-)))
I have timetable for 2 days for 12 hours…full names and schools from around the world. From east: India, Malaysia in the morning….till west to the USA, Canada in the afternoon ( we are in Hungary: in the middle...somewhere..:-)))
Yes, we will play skypeathon, as the Sun rises
But:
Who has discovered time zones? And... daylight saving? My blessing on him!!! Thanks:-))))) Hrrrr…
Nowdays I am counting time zones everywhere...every time.... Counting in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening. Talking to myself in the supermarket ,walking in the street, while working, going in the school corridor, playing , teaching…all the time…and everywhere
Just hoping I wasn’t too loud, or noone saw me… or well…heard me ....loudly thinking and counting:-))))
Counting at night. Sleeping deep, and suddenly waking up…jumping out of the bed, running to my laptop, looking at my timetable . Did I count well? Did I write the session to the right place.?
My husband hasn’t killed me ..yet. Yet not!!! But promised!!!…once.....twice…maybe more times …this week:-))))))
Well…I am counting…YOU , the teacher anywhere on the Earth planning to play during Skype-a-Thon... just …counting…I know, THEY are counting: so WE are counting…yes…I know…so many teachers are counting around the world.
